What are the 3 key steps you took, and which could inspire other people to change their lives for the better and ultimately our collective world?
1- I allowed myself to dream and to dream big, it is free to dream.
2- Life is short, so I decided to stop feeling miserable and instead enjoy the ride.
3- I allowed myself to fail. It is better to fail than to live with regrets.
What do adults have to practically do to inspire younger generations?
We must showcase a diverse range of positive role models, so any child can find someone to identify themselves to. We should believe in them, encourage them to dream, and give them the freedom to dream big so they can become whoever they want to be.
How do you keep the balance in your busy life and what is your idea of a dream holiday?
It took me a long time to find some balance. Now I have my “me time”, my “happiness” activities , my quiet and gratitude time and my prayer time. I also surround myself with positive people. My ideal holidays are a long-haul flight, the beach, the sun, fun activities and nothing to worry about.
