Broadcast Presenter, Speaker, Author, and Advocate for Mental and Social Health Prevention. Her work focuses on creating more awareness in the field of well-being and giving experts in complimentary and alternate medicine a platform to share their work and successes.
Also, a Pilates teacher and Functional Nutritionist, Gill has personally transformed the health and outlook of her many readers, clients and followers. She is also the lead nutritional project officer for the “Walk to Freedom Foundation” working with recovering substance abuse addicts in Bedfordshire.
She has an honorary doctorate with the AUGP.
Her first book ‘The Heart of a Woman, How to Look after the Heart you give to the World’, is a guide to healthy longevity for every woman.
