Himalayan blue poppies clinging to the harsh rock

‘Traditionally the parents send the second son to become a monk at the age of eight years.  He is usually given a puppy to comfort him and an older monk to support him. Conversations with a woman like me…..

My message to our readers is that it's not important how we start, but how we finish the race, and no matter the slowness of the pace, we must carry on….so much is expected of us, as women, in our roles as daughters, mothers, wives and, at times, it can be a tough balancing act, but learning from stories of conquering of other women we can draw strength from the experiences of others, and fulfil our mandates, as well as maintain our sanity.  Nobody said it would be easy!!

Playing to your strengths

Just after celebrating her 39th Birthday, Donia had to share heart breaking news and the challenge to tell her two children aged 2 years old and 5 years old that she was diagnosed with cancer.

Instead of shutting down her successful career as the founder of the Internationally renowned model agency for children  - Tiny Angels, Donia decides to step up to the challenge and play to her strengths, lead her life with a renewed purpose and inspire other parents to overcome traumatic news and empower them.
